Registration Instructions

To participate in CTE Dual Credit, students must be enrolled in an eligible, articulated high school class, and register to earn their college credit through the CTE SERS website.

Please read through each of the steps below before proceeding with your registration:

  1. To Earn Credit You Must:
    • Complete your class with "B" grade (3.0) or above
    • Register to earn credit in CTE SERS system
    • Pay $50 fee (per school year)
  2. To Register your class(es) - visit CTE SERS
    • CTE = Career & Technical Education
    • SERS = State Enrollment & Reporting System
  3. Choose "STUDENTS" square on bottom left side of page
    • New Student?
      • Click "Create New SERS Account"
      • Follow the directions to complete your profile
      • Please remember that  the information you enter for your profile will be used to create a REAL college transcript
        • use your legal name
        • enter your birth date correctly
      • Make sure you are using a personal email address that will be accessible to you now and after graduation - please do not use your school email
    • Returning Student?
      • Login with Username and Password
    • Forgot login?
      • Enter your email addresss to have your login information sent to you
      • Not sure which email you used
        • Send our team an email at
        • In your email, please include:
          • your full name
          • birth date
          • email address you prefer
  4. On Student Home Page, Click "Registration" 
    • Click "Register for Classes"
      • Verify your high school is shown in drop down menu
      • Do not select options for other drop-down menus!!
      • Click "Search"
    • Place a check mark in the box to the left of each class you are in, then click "Register Classes"
  5. On next screen, select your teacher (if not already selected), then click "Save & Register"
  6. Review & Confirm
    • Check your email for confirmation of registration
    • Save email confirmation for your records
    • Email includes your CTE SERS ID number
      • You will need SERS ID to pay online
      • TP3-XX-XXXX
  7. Pay $50 Fee Prior to June 15th Deadline
    • Pay one NON-REFUNDABLE, fee per school year
    • Deadline is June 15th
    • Make sure to register in SERS prior to making payment
    • Do not pay online for prior year credit - email our team for assistance with all prior year credit requests
    • Refunds are not given - even if you do not make the grade
    • We accept credit/debit cards, checks, or money orders
    • We do not accept cash payments
    • Online payment website:
    • Make check or money order payable to PNWCC
      • On memo line, write student name &/or SERS ID
      • Mail to our office at:

  8. Make the Grade!
    • Earn a "B" (3.0 ) Grade or above in your high school class
    • Do not be alarmed if your grade is not entered on June 15th - Teachers input student grades directly into CTE SERS at the end of each school year
  9. Be Mindful of Registration & Payment Deadlines!
    • OPEN: December 1st (every school year)
    • DEADLINE: June 15th (every school year)

A late fee of $15 per year will be assessed for all payments made after our June 15th deadline (total of $65)
